Their origin dates back to 12million years ago when the tectonic plates of East Africa moved to the northeast of the rest of Africa, this movement created the great Rift Valley diverted the flow of rivers into depressions which developed into the mentioned lakes.

After your early morning breakfast drive to the park head quarters for a wonderous game drive for great game including terrain vegetation of grassy and thorny bushes, wetlands acacia woodland, and rock outcrops coupled with stunning seasonal valleys, return back to the lodge for lunch. After lunch dawn for the extreme boat cruise exposing enormous kingfishers, hippopotamus, fish eagles and crocodiles to the swinging bird melodies coupled with fresh prevailing air, overnight at the Lodge.
After your early morning breakfast drive back to Kampala with a stopover at the equator for more pictures and taste of African cuisines, proceed to Kampala arriving in an early evening.
Strike the Jinja Kampala high way via Mukono branching off to Sezibwa falls, hike top of the falls, nature walk and enjoy a cool eco-fresh environment, board back joining Jinja high way with a stopover for the African grilled chicken drums and head to Mabira Forest for an adventurous walk coupled with primates marking our morning activities. Proceed to Jinja crossing the new jinja bridge adjacent to the Ripon falls with a lunch stopover. After lunch spark the boat ride to the source of Nile on your encounter take photos and proceed to Lake Victoria where you will notice the Nile waters sprawl making their way to Mediterranean Sea.

In an early morning meet rafters’ team after your breakfast for a briefing on the dos and don’ts of the rafting activity that is about 3-6hours regarding to the stage of your choice, the raft sprawls through different falls to Itanda falls, lunch break for you.
